Tents at Barlow campsite

Tents, caravans and motorhomes are all welcome at the Mill Farm Barlow village campsite which is certified by the Camping and Caravanning Club. The site is also suitable for medium sized caravan rallies. Tents and caravans are sited separately.
Barlow lies on the edge of the Peak District in north Derbyshire, mid way between Sheffield in South Yorkshire and Chesterfield.

The recently landscaped campsite is well equipped and on level ground with plenty of hardstanding, so inclement weather is not normally a problem.

Disabled campers should find the site particularly easy to negotiate.
Electric points are provided and a new, large and well equipped toilet and shower block has recently been completed.

Hungry visitors can make use of the nearby fishery snack bar which can be found alongside the lakes in the valley just below the camping ground. A full English breakfast can be had for £3.90 and there is a comprehensive and ever changing menu that should satisfy most tastes.

Campers with an interest in fishing will find the eight lakes and the fresh water brook below the campsite to be an irresistible draw.  Ideal for a fishing holiday.
Angling day tickets are always available on site. The fishing ponds are open all year round.
Dogs are allowed and they are certain to appreciate some of the nearby woodland walks. They must be kept under control at all times.... and
please clean up after them.
